- Purchases limit
Users who attempt to circumvent quantity limitations (e.g. by using multiple email addresses or accounts to order more than a stated limit or by placing multiple, excessive orders of the same product) may have orders denied and their accounts suspended from further activity. Any individual (based on credit card, email or billing address, or other attribute) who places more than 3 orders within 24 hours of an initial online product release will have those orders placed in our fraud queue for review. We will review orders in our fraud queue and may cancel multiple orders of the same item or items; your account may also be placed on suspension.
- Shipping and processing

All items purchased through this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery to addresses outside the New Zealand and Australia is not available for all items or to all addresses.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Items that were purchased more than 14 days ago are not eligible for return.
In addition, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. This includes being in their original packaging.
No partial refund is possible. In cases where there are missing pieces or damage due to manufacturing error, please let us know and we can see what we can do.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you via email to advise of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your bank account within 5 business days. Before, we need your bank details to credit your bank account.
Refunding sale and price matched items : We are unable to accept returns of sale or price matched items. Only full priced items are eligible for any sort of refund.
